Hardcore Servers / Pro Servers are servers made for experienced Ink Game players and can only be played at level 15+ 

 the Hardcore Servers were released in

 THE JUMP ROPE UPDATE (PHASE 1)

Hardcore Servers used to have no Powers but then No Power Servers were added in MORE GAMEMODES, MORE REWARDS, MORE FIGHTS, MORE EVERYTHING Update.

Red Light, Green Light, doing much more damage and any move is near instant death, Playable Guards Have 2.5 seconds to shoot

Dalgona only giving you two chances before death.

Hide n' seek, seekers deal increased damage.

Tug Of Wars QTE bar is smaller giving less reaction time.

In Glass Bridge all panels are 50/50 instead of it scaling on players alive.

In Rebel Guards deal increased damage.

For all these changes you are rightly rewarded with 2x power rolls and more cash.
