Legendary is the forth out of the five rarities of the powers. The three normal Legendary powers currently in the game are Phantom Step, Weapon Smuggler, Hercules, Necromancer, Invisibility Cloak, and Snowball Launcher.  There are also also two Legendary Scheduled Powers Umbreaker and Last Stand.
