In Ink Game there are three types of powers. 

Regular Powers are powers that you can roll in the shop with power rolls. 

Guard Powers are powers that you can roll in the shop with guard power rolls. You can only use these powers if you are a guard.

Unrollable Powers are powers that are only avalible limited time or exculsive to an event.
