Unrollable Powers are powers that cannot be obtained through power rolling through the in-game shop. These powers are only avalable for a limited time. This includes Event Powers, AFK Wolrd Powers and Scheduled Powers. You may obtain Unrollable Powers through events (such as the Holloween Event), or the AFK World.
