Gluttony is a Common power that gives you an item called Gluttony. When using Gluttony, you will pull out a Energy Drink or a Chocolate bar and eat it.
After drinking your Energy Drink or eating your Chocolate bar, your speed will be buffed.
Gluttony was added to the game on 15/02/26 in the Powers Update.

Gluttony is the ability you get by equipping the Gluttony power.
Every time you use the Gluttony ability, you will either get an Energy Drink or a Chocolate Bar.
Drinking the Energy Drink will give you increased movement speed for 10 seconds.
Eating the Chocolate Bar will give you 25% more damage and 25% reduction to damage for 20 seconds.
